The staff was amazing, providing helpful tips for sightseeing and great restaurants in the area. We loved the free unlimited fruit and coffee in the reception area, as well as the small kitchenette that allowed us to cook whenever we wanted. The location was perfect, surrounded by cool cafes and bars, and close to all the main attractions.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, and clearer signage would have been helpful. We also had to bring earplugs to block out some club music that could be heard in the rooms, despite the quiet street.

We stayed in a hotel with a great location in the heart of the city. the surrounding area was filled with charming cafes and good restaurants, and all the main attractions were within walking distance. Our room was cozy, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure that we had fresh water and coffee every day. the room was also very clean, and the bathroom stocked with amenities.
The hotel's strict policy on guests was off-putting. Every visitor had to provide their passport at the front desk, which seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, especially Anna. She is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. The hotel is located in a great area, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently close to Nevsky Street. The room I stayed in was cozy and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. And I really appreciated the little touches like fresh apples and water in the room, as well as complimentary coffee. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It's a great place to stay in this amazing city.

The hotel's friendly and helpful staff provided plenty of tips for things to do in the area, including great local restaurants. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are many great places to dine nearby. We also enjoyed the comfortable and tranquil atmosphere of the hotel, which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel was hard to find at first and could benefit from some clearer directions. Also, some noise from nearby nightlife venues could be heard in our room at night, which might be disturbing for light sleepers.
